We wish you the very best of this Christmas and the coming new year. Despite what some may say, there is so much to be thankful for and hope still abounds. The Lord is moving in our nation and we are more optimistic than ever about the future of the church in America and the future of our children. Declining social and cultural conditions are actually serving to awaken many Christians from their slumber—to realize we have been too narrow in our understanding of mission and lackadaisical in pressing the kingdom. We are also seeing indications that a serious-minded generation of new believers is coming forward who take the words of Jesus seriously and are working in creative way to advance the kingdom. There are many hopeful signs!
Our prayer for all of us is that Christ will become the Lord of our lives in new ways this coming year. We pray your Christmas is blessed by the joy of intimately knowing the One for whom this day remembers and that the forthcoming year is a milestone in your relationship with Christ. May we all truly know the power of His resurrection!
This Christmas we remember you and we hold you up in our prayers. We celebrate the gift that you are to us – our friends and co-labourers in the Kingdom. We pray God’s richest blessing over you and your family during this season. Have an amazing Christmas and a blessed 2010!
